On Saturday r-H was giving me a tour of Pasir Ris and we passed this area of farm land dedicated to pets.  Pet Villa located at 61 Pasir Ris Farmway Drive 3 houses the Animal Lovers League; a non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare and a volunteer-run shelter since 2004. Please check the text below as it gives a quick description of what this shelter offers. 

I swear i had died and gone to heaven.  I'm so tired of frou frou dogs.(DONT ANYBODY SAY A DAMN THING ABOUT MY DEMA!  She's gangsta' aiight!!! AND she can breakdance!) These beautiful creatures were just running a muck and greeting anyone that came in.  The cats were amazing too, every color you can imagine, and the friendliest creature.  I think i took 200 pictures while i was there and my heart was bursting into a million pieces of sheer happiness.   Of course next door there was a frou frou dog school - go figure the ghetto hood rats (dogs?) next to the chi chi rat-dogs!  LOL  Big up to r-H for the pit stop!

Looking to adopt a dog or cat?

At Pet Villa there are many waiting to be re-homed.  Please come down and take a look, we can guarantee you will fall in love.  (I did) We understand that high-rise living is not suitable for all pets so we have an alternative to adoption and that's sponsorship.

Sponsorship: We have so many loving animals and desperately need help in providing necessities such as rent and food for them.  You can help by paying a minimal fee per month and we will take care of your pet for you.  Come down regularly for visits and you will soon build an everlasting friendship. 

We rely on the generous nature of people to help us provide for the animals in our care, here are areas where your help would be most appreciated.

Volunteers: If you have some spare time, and would like to help cats and/or dogs in our care...please let us know, we have something we need your help with.

Contributions: Money always helps to pay for anything we need that has not been donated.  But we still need equipment such as crates, cages, leashes, bowls, blankets, towels, rice cookers etc.

This one followed me around the entire time.  When i stopped it would look at me like "Bitch take me home! Damn!"  Dema dogs about due for a beat down from a cat anyway!  LOL
